How do I place an order?

  3. Review your cart and click "Proceed to Checkout"
  4. Enter your shipping address and contact information
  5. Select your preferred shipping method
  6. Choose your payment method and complete the payment
  7. You'll receive an order confirmation email with your order details

How can I track my order?

Note: Tracking information may take 24-72 hours to update after your order is shipped.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can request to modify or cancel your order before it has been shipped. To do so:

  • Contact us immediately at support@quickcrafty.com
  • Include your order number in the email
  • Specify the changes you'd like to make or request cancellation

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled. In that case, you may return the item after delivery according to our Refund and Returns Policy.

I didn't receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?

  2. Verify that you entered the correct email address during checkout

How much does shipping cost?

My package shows "Delivered" but I haven't received it. What should I do?

  3. Check if someone else at your address may have received the package

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they meet our return conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must be in original packaging with all tags attached
  • All accessories and parts must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

How do I return an item?

  1. Contact Us: Email support@quickcrafty.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return
  2. Get Authorization: We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
  3. Pack the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging with the RMA number
  4. Ship It: Send the package to the return address provided (use a trackable shipping method)
  5. Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund

Important: Please do not send returns without first obtaining an RMA number. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Who pays for return shipping?

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

  3. Attach clear photos of the damage or defect
  4. Include photos of the packaging if damaged during shipping

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
