  • Original Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Complete: All accessories, manuals, and parts must be included

Tip: We recommend keeping your original packaging until you are satisfied with your purchase, as items must be returned in their original packaging.

4. How to Return an Item

  2. Receive Return Authorization Once your return request is approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions via email.
  3. Pack Your Item Securely Pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and tags. Include the RMA number inside the package and write it clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Item Ship the package to the return address provided in your return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your tracking number.
  5. Receive Your Refund Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

Note: Please do not send returns without first obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
