Processing Your order is being prepared and packed at our warehouse. This typically takes 1-3 business days.
Shipped Your order has been dispatched and handed over to the shipping carrier. You will receive a tracking number.
In Transit Your package is on its way to you. It may pass through multiple facilities before delivery.
Out for Delivery Your package is with the local delivery driver and will be delivered today.
Delivered Your package has been successfully delivered to the shipping address.
Customs Processing For international orders, your package is being processed by customs. This may cause some delay.
Delivery Attempted The carrier attempted delivery but was unsuccessful. They may try again or leave a notice.

My tracking hasn't updated in several days. Is this normal?
